THE TRANSFORMATION FROM ICON INTO DESTINATION
Acquired by Occidental Management, Inc. in July 2019, Aspiria was formerly the Sprint World Headquarters. The campus was originally designed for and focused on Sprint’s employees, with limited vision beyond their initial needs. The campus became a mecca of thriving business and technological innovation in the Midwest starting in the 1990s and spanning decades. Over the years, the campus housed a variety of businesses in addition to Sprint employees but remained prominently the company’s primary headquarters.
When Occidental Management acquired the 200-plus-acre property and the nearly four million square feet of commercial space, they envisioned a state-of-the-art live-work-play destination that welcomes entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes as well as the community at-large.
