Airshare, one of the nation’s largest private jet operators, moved its headquarters from Lenexa, Kansas, to the Aspiria campus in the summer of 2023. The company needed more space for current employees as well as for the significant number they anticipate adding over the next few years.

Hill’s conducted an extensive search in the Midwest region before selecting the Aspiria campus as the site for it’s new global headquarters. The Hill’s office design features a more flexible concept to create a modern approach to the workplace, including an on-site dog park.

Employee-owned infrastructure solutions firm, HNTB, relocated it’s Kansas City office to the Aspiria campus in 2023. When the company was exploring places to relocate and expand, it sought a new location that would provide an elevated workplace experience for its employees. The company’s Aspiria office is 25,000+ SF.

Cogent is a global Tier 1 internet service provider. Cogent cited the amenities, technology, and a pipeline of highly skilled and educated workforce as being key to their decision in selecting the Aspiria campus for their Fiber-Lit Market office in Kansas.
